This legend @jjun0510 graduated last night at the wonderful @mast.academy graduation evening! Not only is he a great dude to work with, he is a fast and very skilled learner. We were so sad to see him leave to follow his dream back in Korea but so happy that he flew all the way back to NZ to graduate last night. We are slowly convincing him to come back… 😂🥰

We are looking for a star laminator or composite specialist to join our fun, skilled team.

•To start ASAP*
You will be part of a team building Elite AT43s utilising your past experiences and skills as a Laminator. You will be working alongside skilled tradesmen and apprentices building Elite AT43’s in Target Road, Wairau Park.
You must have at least 3 years experience working with Gelcoat and polyester/vinylester

We build each boat from scratch and you will get the satisfaction going for a cruise down the harbour on the finished product.

Essential skills:

Gelcoat and polyester/vinylester experience.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
3 + years industry experience
Easy to work with

4 day work week. Monday - Thursday (41.5hrs)
The opportunity to work on an innovative, kiwi-designed and built, luxury product.

It’s always exciting when major parts come out of the moulds. The team putting in the muscle to get the massive deck out of the mould 👏👏👏. The finish is looking smooth and fair - now for prepping it for lifting onto the hull and starting on the cabin top. Pablo 🐶 was a great supervisor.
